In two weeks, I’ll be back in Austin ready to return to the “Land of A-Ha’s,” the SXSW Edu conference. I’ve been looking at the schedule and selecting some favorites to attend. As I thought back on prior years, I realized I hardly ever get to take doodle-notes these notes. Better get back in shape, I said to myself and picked up my pens and a notebook for some quick practice. Sure enough, with plenty of beautiful blank pages left, the last doodle-note in this particular notebook comes from July 2019 — 6 months ago.
So, it’s well past time to start doodling again. And here’s what I came up in just a few minutes this morning, riffing off the time flown since that last doodle-note well as Austin Kleon’s comment about notebooks: “a notebook is a good place for bad ideas.”
I even added my own so-called wisdom: a blank page is a wasted page.
Back in the doodle-saddle again, folks — watch out!
